BOOKING


How to make a reservation?


You can book Saunat.fi space directly from the online store. You can also contact our customer service at [email protected], and we will make a sauna room reservation for you.


How do I see the booking status?


On our Saunat.fi website, each venue has its own booking calendar, where you can see the current booking status.


Why are the facilities at different prices on different days?


Our facilities are in high demand on weekends, so our prices are slightly more expensive on Fridays and Saturdays. Our weekdays are from Sunday to Thursday.

In addition to this, we have divided the day into morning and evening shifts. The time of the morning shift is 9:00-15:00 and the evening shift is 17:00-22:00.


How late can you stay on the premises?


Do you want to party until the late night hours? In the Saunat.fi premises, the evening can continue until 01:00-06:00 depending on the sauna.



How do I use a discount code?


If you have a Saunat.fi discount code, you can use it when booking online by entering the code in the "Coupon code" field and pressing use coupon.



PAYMENT


Do I have to pay a booking fee?


You don't! We do not charge a separate booking fee.


How can I pay for the reservation?


You can pay the reservation with an invoice or with a payment link sent to your email. The paymentlink can be paid with online banking credentials or for example a credit card. 


When should the reservation be paid?


The reservation must always be paid before the event.


Do I have to pay for cleaning?


You don't have to. The price includes normal final cleaning. If there is need for additional cleaning, we will charge €55/starting hour.



THE CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION


Can I cancel the reservation free of charge?


At least the cancellation processing fee is always charged for a confirmed reservation. Cancellations made more than 21 days before the time of the event will be charged €50. Cancellations made less than 21 days before the time of the event will be charged the full price of the reservation.


How to cancel a reservation?


You can cancel the reservation in writing by contacting our customer service at [email protected].



PREMISES


How do I get to the space I reserved, do I have to pick up the keys from somewhere?


Arrival instructions will be sent to your email a few days before the event. Please remember to return the key when you leave the premises.


Do the Saunat.fi premises have balconies or terraces?


In Saunat.fi Lauttasaari, Saunat.fi Ruoholahti, Saunat.fi Albert and Saunat.fi Töölö there is a terrace or a balcony.


Are there serving dishes on the premises? 


Yes there is! Each sauna room has dishes and serving dishes that customers are free to use.


Is smoking allowed on the premises? 


Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited! There is a separate smoking room at Saunat.fi Punavuori. In other premises, smoking takes place on the balcony, terrace or in the courtyard of the property.


Parking options? 


There are parking options near each sauna facility, either on the street or in the parking garage. The Roba, City and Punavuori sauna facilities have 20% discount coupons for the nearby QPark parking garages.


Can I bring my own drinks and snacks to the premises? 


Yes you can! We are also happy to help with catering if you want to place a catering order through us.


Can you listen to music in the premises? 


Of course! In our premises, there are speakeres to which you can connect, for example, a laptop or a mobile phone. In addition, it is possible to listen to music from YouTube or Spotify through the TV.


Is there a Wifi connection in the premises? 


Yes, there is! All our facilities have free internet access.


Is the sauna already warm when I arrive? 


Unfortunately not. The sauna takes about 30-45 minutes to warm up and it's very easy to start! 


What if we want to be in space longer? 


Staying later is possible if the space is not booked after your reservation! Additional hours can be booked by sending a message to our customer service number. 


Where can I ask about lost and found items? 


We store lost and found items left on the premises for 14 days. You can inquire about lost items by calling or sending e-mail to our Customer Service on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We charge 25 euros for handling found goods.
