Located on the shores of Lake Päijänne in Asikkala, AISTI Sauna & Spa is a true oasis of relaxation, where you can rejuvenate and unwind in a beautiful environment. The unique saunas of AISTI Sauna & Spa awaken your senses and lead you into deep relaxation. In the various outdoor pools, you can let go of your worries while enjoying stunning views. You can also take a refreshing dip in Lake Päijänne all year round — with the option for winter swimming during the colder months AISTI Sauna & Spa is a full sensory experience.
AISTI Sauna & Spa features four saunas: a genuine smoke sauna, a steam sauna, a tar sauna, and two scenic saunas – one of which will open in autumn 2025.
Admission includes a two-hour stay sauna session and one bath towel. You also have access to high-quality Finnish bath products, scented with genuine essential oils.

Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 20:00 (smoke sauna heated from 16:00 to 20:00)
Opening hours 5 August – 30 September 2025
Fridays from 16:00 to 21:00 (smoke sauna heated the entire time)
Saturdays from 14:00 to 21:00 (smoke sauna heated from 17:00 to 21:00)
