AISTI Sauna & Spa opens in summer 2025.

Times have changed, but one thing has remained the same: the sauna has always warmed the body, silence has calmed the mind, and nature has given us strength.

Located on the shores of Lake Päijänne in Asikkala, AISTI Sauna & Spa is a true oasis of relaxation where you can rejuvenate and recover in a beautiful setting. The unique saunas at AISTI Sauna & Spa awaken your senses and guide you into deep relaxation. In the various outdoor pools, you can let go of your worries while enjoying breathtaking views. You’ll also have year-round access to refreshing swims in Lake Päijänne — including ice swimming in winter. AISTI Sauna & Spa is a sensory experience like no other.

AISTI Sauna & Spa features four saunas: an authentic smoke sauna, a steam sauna, a tar-scented sauna, and two panoramic saunas — the second of which will open in autumn 2025.

Admission includes a two-hour visit to the saunas and one bath towel.

Opening hours July 3 – August 2, 2025:
Tuesday to Saturday, 12 PM – 8 PM (smoke sauna hot from 4 PM to 8 PM)

Opening hours August 5 – October 18, 2025:
Fridays 4 PM – 9 PM (smoke sauna hot the entire time)
Saturdays 2 PM – 9 PM (smoke sauna hot from 5 PM to 9 PM)

AISTI Sauna & Spa is for adults only (18+).

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
